Job summary

LIVun Ltd., part of The Amenity Collective, seeks a Director of Aquatics to lead daily operations of our aquatic facility, including staffing, scheduling, and maintenance.

You will coordinate lifeguard teams, oversee water chemistry and safety programs, and manage event setups for meets and community use.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and certifications like lifeguard and CPO within stated timelines.

Qualifications

• Leadership and team management experience in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience coordinating events and programs in aquatic facilities.
• Knowledge of pool operations, water chemistry, and safety protocols.
• Availability for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and events.

Responsibilities

• Oversee training, scheduling, certification, and performance of aquatic team members.
• Oversee maintenance of pools, water chemistry, cleanliness, and related maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and coordinate with service vendors for pump rooms.
• Coordinate facility scheduling and serve as point of contact for external groups.
• Coordinate safety trainings with Safety & Risk Management teams to ensure top priority of safety.
• Ensure compliance with water, environmental, health, and safety standards and certifications.
• Plan and lead setup/breakdown for swim meets and aquatic events.
