LIVunLtd is seeking a Pool Manager to lead operations at our luxury residential properties with an aquatic element. You will supervise lifeguard staff, ensure safety standards, and coordinate with property management to meet regulatory requirements.

This role supports a high standard of resident and guest experience. The ideal candidate will hold active CPR/AED and CPO certifications, manage pool operations, and drive maintenance schedules while delivering excellent service in a fast-paced

• Strong communication and customer service skills necessary.

Responsibilities

• Oversee lifeguard staff, monitor attendance and performance.
• Maintain pool chemistry and OSHA/DOH compliance.
• Complete required training and certifications such as CPO, CPR, First Aid, Lifeguarding.
• Oversee pool maintenance and equipment.
• Hire pool area staff and coordinate with building staff.
• Ensure exceptional service to residents and guests.
