Job summary

Mohawk Industries, Inc. in Atlanta seeks a Director Consumer Digital Experience to lead our consumer-facing digital ecosystem, including brand websites, product discovery tools, and digital commerce experiences.

You will own strategy, development, optimization, and performance to help consumers discover, evaluate, shop, and purchase Mohawk products. Collaborating with Brand Marketing, Sales, and Technology, you will set KPIs, drive analytics, and lead a high-performing team, guiding investments

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Commerce or related field.
• 10+ years of digital commerce/experience.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, roadmap, and performance of Mohawk’s consumer-facing digital platforms.
• Lead development and optimization of brand websites and digital experiences across Mohawk brands.
• Create intuitive customer journeys that improve product discovery, engagement, lead generation, and conversion.
• Partner with Brand Marketing to activate campaigns and product launches across digital platforms.
• Support retail, dealer, builder, and commercial channels through digital experiences that drive qualified demand.
• Lead digital analytics and reporting functions for website, campaigns, and platform performance measurement.
• Establish KPIs, dashboards, and performance reporting to guide business decisions.
• Measure and optimize paid media effectiveness in partnership with Brand Marketing.
• Drive conversion optimization, testing, personalization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop strategies to improve discoverability across search engines, AI-powered search, and emerging commerce channels.
• Partner with Technology teams to prioritize platform enhancements and deliver scalable digital solutions.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team responsible for digital platforms, analytics, and optimization.
• Manage agency relationships, budgets, project priorities, and digital investments.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product Marketing, Consumer Insights, and Technology teams to align priorities and execution.
• Perform other duties as needed.
