Job summary

Addison Group is assisting in recruiting a Director of Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable for a multi-entity organization in Brea, CA. This hands-on leadership role requires optimizing AR/AP processes, strengthening controls, and developing a high-performing team to drive cash flow improvements.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in construction/manufacturing settings, strong ERP and Excel skills, and a track record of process improvements and successful month-end closings.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in AR/AP/collections with leadership experience.
• Experience in construction, manufacturing, or multi-entity environments.
• Strong Excel and ERP system knowledge.
• Bachelor's degree; CPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead AR and AP across multiple entities.
• Develop and improve AR/AP processes and controls.
• Monitor aging, DSO, DPO, and cash flow metrics.
• Manage vendor relations, invoice processing, and payments.
• Support month-end close and audit readiness.
