Penn State is seeking an Assistant Director of Annual Giving to lead data-informed fundraising strategies across colleges, campuses, and programs. You will collaborate with development colleagues to grow donor engagement and manage multichannel campaigns, including direct mail, email, and events.

The role emphasizes strategic partnership, donor cultivation, and translating unit needs into effective annual giving initiatives while working within an inclusive team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher plus one or more years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience developing or implementing annual giving, fundraising or marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including direct mail, email, telephone, text, digital fundraising, and/or social media.
• Demonstrated ability to use data and campaign results to inform fundraising strategies and decision-making.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement data-informed annual giving strategies that engage and increase donor support for assigned units.
• Develop and manage multichannel fundraising campaigns across direct mail, email, telephone, text, digital fundraising, and events.
• Collaborate with unit colleagues to identify fundraising opportunities and translate needs into annual giving initiatives.
• Work with communications and creative teams to develop compelling concepts and assets for annual giving goals.
