The College of Idaho seeks a dynamic Director of Annual Giving to lead and expand the College’s unrestricted and designated giving programs. This front-line fundraising role focuses on annual giving, donor stewardship, recognition, and initiatives to strengthen alumni and community engagement.

The Director leads campaigns such as Give Day and December Match to drive participation and revenue. With responsibility for the Boone Fund, major gift identification, and student philanthropy programs,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–3 years of direct fundraising, sales, project management, or related results-oriented field.
• Strong donor relations expertise, exceptional communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to learn Raiser's Edge and EMS.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsabilités

• Lead annual giving and donor stewardship programs to meet fundraising goals.
• Manage Boone Fund campaigns, donor acquisition/retention, direct mail, and digital outreach.
• Oversee Give Day, December Match, and related events to boost participation.
• Supervise Student Donor Experience Officers and coordinate with Marketing & Communications.
• Develop fundraising strategies, analyze donor data/trends, and support campus events.
