Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of successful annual giving experience preferred in higher education.
• Experience collaborating with diverse donors, prospects, and volunteer groups.
• Knowledge of fundraising principles including personal solicitation, direct mail, and online giving.
• Ability to work independently and in a team to achieve goals.
• Strong written and verbal communication, event planning, and project management.
• Discretion and ethics in handling sensitive information.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop, design and monitor an annual giving budget and solicitation plan.
• Manage a prospect portfolio with annual goals for visits and giving outcomes.
• Coordinate alumni events, reunions, and engagement activities.
• Collaborate with Marketing on website and social media for giving and events.
• Lead coordination with faculty, staff and donors; prepare reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
