Job summary

The University of Utah seeks a Director of Integrated Annual Giving to lead a team of Annual Giving Liaisons who partner with colleges, departments, programs, student success initiatives, and health units to design and execute annual giving strategies aligned with campus priorities.

The role provides leadership, oversight, and data-informed guidance to ensure donor-centered annual giving activities across campus and Health System partners, including stewardship and reporting to Advancement

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; 12+ years of related work experience if using a Bachelor's degree.
Master's degree or equivalent may substitute for some experience (10+ years)
Experience leading annual giving programs and collaborating with multiple units will be essential.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership for annual giving across colleges, departments, programs, and health units.
Oversee campaign development, budgeting, and scheduling to align with institutional priorities.
Lead donor stewardship strategies and recognition programs to improve retention and engagement.
Develop performance metrics and produce quarterly/annual reports for leadership.
Manage resources, vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with budgetary guidelines.
