Job summary

Harnham is seeking a Director of Analytics to shape and lead the analytics strategy across internal and customer-facing data products. The role blends software/data engineering heritage with executive-level architecture decisions and product thinking.

You will guide analytics engineering, reporting, and client analytics teams, partner with Product, AI, and Leadership, and drive modern analytics architecture and AI-powered insights across the organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Data Engineering, or Analytics Engineering.
• 5+ years leading analytics, analytics engineering, or data engineering teams.
• Strong experience owning analytics strategy and delivery in SaaS or B2B environments.
• Proven success building and scaling analytics teams and data products.

Responsibilities

• Own the analytics vision, roadmap, and long-term strategy.
• Lead Analytics Engineering, Reporting, and Client Analytics teams.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, AI, and Executive Leadership.
• Drive scalable analytics architecture and engineering best practices.
• Define and govern semantic layers, business metrics, and self-service analytics.
• Scale customer-facing analytics products and embedded reporting experiences.
• Guide AI-enabled analytics initiatives and modern decision-support products.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing analytics organization.
