Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and leadership to the analog design engineering team, guiding the development of innovative analog and mixed-signal designs from concept to production
• Define and execute the company's analog design roadmap, aligning with market trends, customer requirements, and business objectives
• Lead the architecture and design of complex analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits (ICs)
