Paylocity is seeking a Director of AML Compliance to lead governance across money movement products, advise risk mitigation and strengthen controls. This role partners with Product, Technology, Legal, Sales and Finance to ensure enterprise-wide adherence to AML policies and regulatory expectations.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in AML leadership within fintech or payroll, strong analytical and interpersonal skills, and experience building and mentoring high-performing teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in finance, accounting, or similar field.
• At least 10 years of AML compliance leadership experience in payroll, banking or FinTech.
• Demonstrated interpersonal, organizational and analytic skills.
• Ability to collaborate and work cross functionally.

Responsabilités

• Oversee Paylocity’s AML Program to maintain compliance with AML regulations and reporting requirements.
• Serve as Paylocity’s AML Compliance Officer.
• Lead Paylocity’s AML Governance Committee and prepare materials for AML/risk committees.
• Monitor know-your-client initiatives and due diligence programs for AML compliance.
