Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years in alumni or donor relations or related nonprofit/fundraising.
• Experience supervising professionals and collaborating with volunteers.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the Constituent Program Team and set strategies aligned with goals.
• Coach and supervise portfolio leads and staff to manage priorities and workflow.
• Identify resource gaps and implement solutions for maximum impact.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to ensure consistency in engagement planning and outcomes.
• Lead budget development for program portfolios in collaboration with Finance.
• Coordinate large and small events and engagement activities.
