Job summary

The Wisconsin Foundation and Alumni Association (WFAA) is seeking an Engagement Program Coordinator to support Alumni Relations and Engagement. The role provides operational, logistical, and customer relations support across engagement programs, events, and cross-functional initiatives.

This hybrid position requires in-office presence in Madison, WI at least two days per week, with collaboration across internal teams, volunteers, and external partners to ensure successful program delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1+ year(s) experience coordinating complex programs, events, projects, or engagement initiatives.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning, implementation, and ongoing operational support for engagement programs and initiatives.
• Maintain project plans, timelines, schedules, and task tracking systems for program execution.
• Support program application, nomination, registration, and participation processes as assigned.
• Coordinate materials, resources, and participant communications for program operations.
• Assist with program evaluation and continuous improvement using engagement metrics.
• Provide onsite event support, troubleshooting, setup, and participant assistance as needed.
• Manage registrations, attendee communications, accommodations, and transportation needs.
