Job summary

The Wisconsin Foundation and Alumni Association (WFAA) is seeking a Director of Affinity Programs to lead the Alumni Relations & Engagement team.

You will supervise staff, design engagement strategies to deepen alumni and donor affinity with UW–Madison, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage portfolios and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in alumni or donor relations, educational institutions, non-profit or fundraising environment or related area.
• Experience supervising and managing professional staff and collaborating with volunteers.
• High degree of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Affinity Team staff and portfolios, aligning strategies with plan outcomes.
• Coach portfolio leads and manage priorities and workflow.
• Develop and deliver engagement strategies to grow affinity with UW/WFAA constituents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in planning and execution.
