Job summary

StandardAero in Vermont is seeking a Director of Aircraft Programs to lead the strategy for non-engine services such as Airframe, Avionics, Paint and Interior. You will collaborate with Sales and Operations to grow revenue and margin while aligning with site capabilities and market demand.

You will guide new product introductions, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvements. This role also requires budget governance, long-range planning, and OEM relationship management, with 25–50% travel

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combinations of education and industry experience may be considered.
• Experience leading multiple operational functions and sites is required.
• Experience in aviation maintenance services and business aviation MRO is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maximize performance of non-engine services including Airframe, Avionics, Paint and Interior across sites.
• Lead growth initiatives including acquisitions and expansion of capabilities.
• Establish commercial strategy and pricing frameworks in collaboration with sales.
• Manage OEM relationships and ASC agreements for cost benefit and compliance.
• Develop budgets, long-range plans, and P&L insights for the business.
