Job summary

Trinchero Family Estates is seeking a Director, AI Strategy & Enablement to shape the enterprise AI strategy, portfolio, governance, adoption, and value realization. You will partner across the business to identify high-value opportunities, redesign workflows, and move AI from experimentation to measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field; Masters preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in business transformation, digital transformation, or related disciplines.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional transformation initiatives from strategy through adoption and measurement.
• Strong understanding of generative AI, automation, and governance considerations.
• Excellent written, verbal, and executive communication skills.
• Experience in consumer packaged goods, food & beverage, manufacturing, or distribution preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain enterprise AI strategy, operating model, and portfolio priorities.
• Create and manage intake, evaluation, and scale/stop decisions for AI opportunities.
• Lead AI portfolio governance with business owners, sponsors, and value reporting.
• Drive adoption via enablement, demonstrations, and change management.
• Partner with IT, Security, Legal, and Compliance on responsible-use standards.
