Job summary

Strategy (Nasdaq: MSTR) seeks a Director, Professional Services & Forward-Deployed Engineering in New York to build and lead a high-performing consulting organization, embedding engineers inside client environments to design, build, and operationalize AI-enabled solutions.

You will own regional services P&L, drive revenue growth, and develop new offerings aligned to market demand, with a focus on measurable ROI and long-term client success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 8–12+ years of consulting and leadership experience.
• 5+ years managing a services business with full P&L responsibility.
• Experience selling Professional Services including forward-deployed engineering and AI offerings.
• Proven ability to partner with Sales to influence pipeline and close complex deals.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales to co-sell Professional Services and drive attach rates.
• Engage client executives to identify strategic use cases and transformation opportunities.
• Lead discovery to uncover challenges and position services-led solutions.
• Drive AI adoption and module expansion through measurable ROI.
• Recruit, coach, and retain forward-deployed engineers and technical consultants.
• Lead executive steering committees and roadmap discussions.
