Job summary

Realtor.com is seeking a Director of Personalization & CRM Marketing Operations to lead CRM and personalization ecosystems, primarily Braze and Cordial, with a future CDP. You will bridge strategy and technical execution, align Marketing, Product, and Engineering, and drive AI-enabled engagement at scale.

You will own data pipelines, platform health, and a high-velocity operating model while reporting into executive leadership and guiding a growing team of CRM ops developers.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in CRM or marketing operations.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Deep hands-on expertise with Braze and Cordial platforms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Scrum processes across multiple CRM teams, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
• Lead AI transformation to improve campaign delivery and efficiency.
• Represent CRM Operations in executive reviews and coordinate with cross-functional partners.
• Mentor and direct CRM Ops, Product Management, and engineering teams.
