Realtor.com is seeking a Senior Data Engineer for Marketing Technologies (CRM Marketing) to build scalable data systems powering personalized customer engagement across email, push, and SMS for millions of users.

You will design data pipelines, integrate with Braze, Cordial, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and mentor junior engineers while shaping the data architecture for CRM campaigns and analytics.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering, preferably in MarTech or CRM systems.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Snowflake, Airflow, dbt, or similar data platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka, AWS (Lambda, S3, CloudWatch), or other event-driven systems.
• Familiarity with marketing tools such as Braze, Cordial, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Hightouch.
• Understanding of data modeling (dimensional, normalized) and real-time event processing.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communicator who thrives in cross-functional environments.

Responsabilidades

• Build integrations between internal data platforms and external marketing systems (Braze, Cordial, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.)
• Create data models for segmentation, audience activation, and campaign measurement
• Collaborate with Data Engineering, Data Science, and CRM Operations to align architecture and data flow
• Implement monitoring, alerting, and logging to ensure reliability of CRM pipelines
• Improve automation, reduce manual workflows, and enhance campaign delivery performance
• Maintain clear documentation for data flows, processes, and systems
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and architecture discussions
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical best practices

About the Role

We're looking for a Sr Data Engineer, to join the Marketing Technologies team supporting the CRM Marketing organization.
