Job summary

You will own the platform enabling Operations and Engineering to scale with a centralized Docker/Kubernetes backend and agentic tooling. • Hands-on fluency with Python and API-driven integration.
• Experience leading engineers in network, security, and telemetry.
• Strong background in cloud-native infrastructure and automation tooling.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary team of engineers in network, security and telemetry.
• Own hiring, performance management, and career development for the automation function.
• Define and execute strategy for agentic automation and tooling extensions.
• Collaborate with peers across Operations, Engineering, Security, and Network Engineering.
• Advance AI tooling adoption and ensure safe, scalable automation in production.
• Oversee telemetry data flows into Prometheus/Grafana and drive anomaly detection.
