Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience across AI/ML systems, software engineering, or cybersecurity.
• Production-grade agentic AI systems experience.
• Experience designing agent orchestration patterns and observable AI pipelines.
• Security expertise including defenses against prompt injection and red-teaming.
• Ability to align across security, legal, compliance, product, and engineering.

Responsibilities

• Deep hands‑on experience building and deploying agentic AI systems, including LLM APIs, RAG, prompt engineering, and multi‑agent architectures
• Strong security mindset with AI threat modeling and zero‑trust principles
• Solid software engineering with Python + compiled language, microservices, CI/CD, and infrastructure‑as‑code
• Ability to design resilient AI systems with observability and tracing
• Capable of translating complex concepts into clear roadmaps and executive-level communication
