Arm Limited is seeking a Director of Project Management in Seattle to lead the AI & Developer Platforms delivery function. You’ll shape operating models, align cross‑functional teams, and drive portfolio delivery with transparency and pace across software, engineering, and ecosystem initiatives.

You will translate strategy into technical delivery plans, manage risk, and report outcomes to senior leadership while using AI and automation to enhance team effectiveness and decision making.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading cross-functional technical programs, portfolios or delivery organisations in software, platform, AI, developer tooling or related technology environments.
• Proven ability to build, lead and develop project, program or delivery management teams across distributed organisations.
• Track record of defining operating models, delivery frameworks, governance practices and execution standards that scale across teams.
• Strong ability to influence senior collaborators, drive decisions and build alignment in ambiguous environments with competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Project Management team across AIDP, setting standards for planning, governance, delivery, risk management and portfolio visibility.
• Develop a distributed team of Project Managers, building capability, consistency and career growth across the function.
• Own the portfolio delivery rhythm, including quarterly planning, portfolio reviews, execution reviews, decision tracking and leadership reporting.
• Translate strategic priorities into clear technical delivery plans, dependencies, decision points and measurable outcomes across software and engineering initiatives.
• Partner with engineering, product, UX, ecosystem, business, marketing and legal leaders to align priorities, resolve technical and business trade-offs and drive critical initiatives.
• Identify systemic delivery challenges and implement improvements that increase organisational effectiveness, predictability and pace.
• Ensure appropriate oversight for Arm processes, audit readiness and ISO requirements while keeping delivery practices pragmatic.
• Use data, automation and portfolio insight to improve decision-making and leadership visibility.
• Represent delivery status, risks and recommendations in senior leadership forums.
