Job summary

Arm is seeking an experienced Director, Technical Program Manager to lead an end-to-end silicon program within the Cloud AI Business unit. You will coordinate a diverse cross-functional team from pre-silicon to commercialization, ensuring on-time delivery of the Arm AGI roadmap at scale.

Based in San Jose, CA or Austin, TX, you will partner with senior leaders and drive decisions across hardware, software, and product teams, upholding high standards and accountability in a fast-paced, globally

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading complex, end-to-end silicon or systems programs through to deployment.
• Proven track record delivering large, multi-year programs with diverse teams.
• Deep understanding of semiconductor development lifecycles across design/verify/validate.
• Experience building high-performing program teams and coaching leaders.
• Ability to lead through influence across large, distributed organizations.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication for senior executives.
• Identify systemic delivery risks early and drive recovery plans.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain the integrated program plan across hardware, software, systems, and product teams.
• Drive cross-functional decisions on delivery approach, resourcing, and risk actions.
• Report program status and decisions to senior leadership with clarity.
• Align engineering, product, operations, and customer teams for rapid decision-making.
• Identify product-level risks and develop credible recovery plans.
• Ensure complete product readiness includes firmware, software, docs, and customer readiness.
• Improve end-to-end development practices and remove delivery barriers.
