Qualifications

• 10+ years in clinical development or related roles.
• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, engineering, CS, data science, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Understand clinical development workflows, trial design, enrollment, and evidence needs.
• Working knowledge of AI/ML, generative AI, analytics, or digital health.
• Experience with external opportunity assessments, diligence, pilots, or partnerships.
• Strong written and verbal communication; synthesize complex information.
• Ability to operate in a 0-to-1 environment and build internal networks.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing external AI partnerships for clinical development.
• Lead diligence and pilot design with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate pilots, benchmarks, and evaluations of AI models.
• Manage deal flow and governance communications.
• Support partnership structures and statements of work with BD&A and legal.
• Build ecosystem relationships to source opportunities.
• Align stakeholders and facilitate decision-making.
• Develop playbooks for external innovation.
