Job summary

You will lead senior managers and directors, influence major decisions, and ensure alignment with AbbVie's vision. Strong communication and strategic thinking are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and 12+ years of experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technology into clear business value for senior stakeholders.
• Experience managing teams of at least 15 people with diverse compositions.
• Thought leader across multiple technology/business domains with a consultative approach.
• Experience managing a budget of at least $15 million.
