Job summary

CVS Health in the United States seeks a Lead Director to shape the strategy and delivery of the network infrastructure that supports enterprise apps and AI/ML workloads. You'll oversee high-performance data center and cloud networking, ensuring secure, scalable GPU environments.

Lead a cross-functional team, collaborate with cloud, security, and platform leaders, and drive automation, IaC, and performance improvements to support long‑term growth and digital transformation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in network and/or data center engineering.
• 5+ years' experience in a strategic leadership position with people management.
• 5+ years' experience in large-scale enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and enforce network architecture standards, security controls, and compliance policies.
• Lead incident response and ensure high availability across network and cloud environments.
• Own network architecture strategy and roadmap; support budgeting and risk management.
• Build and mentor high-performing engineering teams; foster collaboration and continuous learning.
