Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director for AI Network & Data Center Engineering to drive strategy, design and delivery of our network infrastructure for enterprise applications and AI/ML workloads.

You will establish standards, ensure secure, high‑performance data center and cloud networking to support large GPU environments and modern platforms, and guide a top‑tier team through ongoing digital transformation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in network and/or data center engineering.
• 5+ years' experience in a strategic leadership position with people management.
• 5+ years' experience in large scale enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and enforce network architecture standards, security controls, and compliance policies
• Lead and mentor a high‑performing engineering team
• Oversee 24/7 network operations across cloud and data centers
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions
• Advise executives on network strategy and roadmaps
• Drive automation and IaC adoption
• Coordinate with vendors on architecture and delivery
