Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director, AI Network & Data Center Engineering to shape the strategy, design, and delivery of network infrastructure for enterprise applications and AI/ML workloads. You will lead high-performing teams and partner with cloud, security, and platform orgs to enable secure, scalable GPU environments and high-throughput data processing.

You will drive modern architectures, automation, and IaC practices while aligning capabilities to evolving business needs and long-term

Qualifications

• 10+ years in network and/or data center engineering.
• 5+ years in a strategic leadership position with people management.
• 5+ years in large scale enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and enforce network architecture standards, security controls, and compliance policies.
• Advise executives on network strategy, roadmaps, emerging technologies, and industry trends.
• Design and implement data center fabrics (leaf-spine, Clos, EVPN/VXLAN) and AI/GPU-optimized networking.
• Oversee 24/7 network operations across cloud and data centers; ensure high availability and resiliency.
• Build and mentor high-performing engineering teams and foster collaboration.
