Job summary

CVS Health seeks a Lead Director to shape and deliver AI network and data center strategy, overseeing high-performance, low-latency infrastructures for enterprise applications and GPU workloads.

You will lead a team of network and data center engineers, collaborating with cloud, security, and platform leaders to enable scalable, secure, and automated environments across multi-cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in network or data center engineering.
• 5+ years' experience in strategic leadership with people management.
• 5+ years' experience in large-scale enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and enforce network architecture standards, security controls, and compliance policies.
• Advise executives on network strategy, roadmaps, and industry trends.
• Design and implement data center fabrics, AI/GPU-optimized networking, and multi-cloud architectures.
• Oversee 24/7 network operations and incident response.
• Mentor high-performing engineering teams and drive IaC and automation.
