Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director to drive the strategy, design, and delivery of network infrastructure that supports enterprise applications and AI/ML workloads. You will lead a high‑performing team, establish standards, and collaborate with cloud, security, and platform leaders to enable secure, scalable GPU environments.

You will shape architectures, automate capabilities, and ensure reliability across data centers and cloud networks to support long‑term growth and digital transformation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in network and/or data center engineering.
• 5+ years in strategic leadership with people management.
• 5+ years in large scale enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and enforce network architecture standards and security controls.
• Advise executives on strategy, roadmaps, and trends.
• Design data center fabrics and AI/GPU‑optimized networking.
• Oversee 24/7 operations across cloud and data centers.
• Build and mentor high‑performing engineering teams.
• Own network architecture strategy and roadmaps.
