Blue Yonder is seeking a Director of AI Marketing to define, elevate, and commercialize our AI narrative across the market. This strategic leadership role requires translating complex AI architectures into compelling business value and guiding messaging across executives, analysts, customers, and prospects.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, and AI leadership to shape roadmap-aligned market stories.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in enterprise software marketing.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling business value.
Experience partnering with Product Management, Engineering, Data Science, or AI teams.
Strong executive communication and storytelling for senior leadership.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives across marketing, product, sales, analyst relations, and corporate communications.
Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Define and evolve the AI narrative and messaging framework for Blue Yonder.
Develop deep technical fluency in AI ecosystem and coordinate with product/engineering.
Lead GTM strategy for AI capabilities with cross-functional teams.
Prepare executive, analyst, and industry materials and thought leadership.
Enable sales and marketing with AI-focused messaging and assets.
Monitor competitive AI positioning and market trends to refine messaging.
