Job summary

Ambiq Micro, Inc. seeks a Director of AI Enablement to accelerate enterprise productivity by applying AI to engineering, operations, and business processes.

You will lead cross-functional transformation initiatives, build a scalable enablement framework, and partner with leaders to quantify value and secure measurable improvements. You’ll work across engineering, IT, finance, and HR, shaping governance, adoption, and risk.

Qualifications

• 12+ years leading enterprise transformation or large-scale improvement initiatives.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive cross-functional alignment.
• Strong analytical, business-process, and problem-solving skills.
• Deep understanding of modern AI technologies and enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Ambiq’s enterprise AI Productivity & Enablement strategy.
• Partner with leaders to redesign workflows, improve cycle times and predictability.
• Lead high-impact initiatives from problem definition through value realization.
• Establish governance, risk management, and adoption practices for AI-enabled work.
