Job summary

Dematic seeks a Director, Solution Development Operational Excellence to shape how our Solution Development organization works, improves, and scales. You’ll partner with Sales, Engineering, Finance, and Commercial Ops to drive critical initiatives with measurable impact.

You will lead initiatives, standardize processes, and develop dashboards to support executive decision-making while championing continuous improvement across a global business.

Qualifications

• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives from strategy to execution.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Strong analytical skills using data, metrics and dashboards.
• Lean, Six Sigma, PMP, Agile certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational excellence initiatives to improve how Solution Development works, scales, and delivers results.
• Define, standardize, and optimize core processes, workflows, governance, and cross-functional handoffs.
• Drive AI-enabled improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and outcomes.
• Lead strategic projects from concept through implementation with measurable impact.
• Establish project management standards including timelines, risk management, and executive reporting.
• Develop scalable tools, dashboards, and performance metrics for informed decisions.
• Collaborate with leaders across Solution Development, Sales, Engineering, Finance, and Commercial Operations to align priorities and drive execution.
• Foster organizational change and adoption of new processes and tools.
