Dematic seeks a Director, Product Process Excellence & BT to lead DtB workstreams and drive enterprise-wide digital engineering. You will align Product Development, IT, Manufacturing, and BT to deliver scalable digital threads across PLM, CAD, and ERP platforms.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in engineering, transformation, or product development processes.
Senior-level leadership in product development or project engineering.
Proven track record in deploying engineering tools and processes.
Strong knowledge of enterprise systems and deployment methodologies.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA, PLM, CAD, and AI-enabled initiatives.

Responsibilities

Lead Design-to-Build workstream across North America with transformation goals.
Collaborate with BT, Product Development, IT, Manufacturing for adoption of digital capabilities.
Define global strategy for product configuration and platforming.
Drive governance for digital engineering processes and data management.
Oversee integration and lifecycle management of PLM, CAD, MBSE, and related systems.
Advance AI-enabled solutions to accelerate innovation and quality.
