Dematic is seeking a Director of Solution Development Operational Excellence to lead initiatives that streamline, scale, and improve outcomes across Sales, Engineering, Finance, and Commercial Operations. You will champion AI-enabled improvements and drive measurable business results within a global organization.

You will build governance, dashboards, and standardized workflows, while guiding teams through change and adoption of new tools. Travel up to 30% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of process design and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives from strategy to execution.
• Experience applying AI, automation, or digital transformation for business benefit.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational excellence initiatives to improve how Solution Development works, scales, and delivers results.
• Define and standardize core processes, workflows, governance, and cross-functional handoffs.
• Drive AI-enabled improvements to increase efficiency, quality, and outcomes.
• Lead strategic projects from concept through implementation with measurable impact.
• Establish project management standards, timelines, risks, decisions, and reporting.
• Analyze existing processes to identify opportunities and implement sustainable solutions.
• Develop scalable tools, dashboards, and performance metrics for decision-making.
• Collaborate with leaders across Solution Development, Sales, Engineering, Finance, and Commercial Operations to align priorities.
• Foster organizational change and successful adoption of new processes and tools.
• Monitor performance and propose steps to improve speed, capacity, and customer outcomes.
• Create governance systems that boost visibility, accountability, and execution rigor.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and data-driven problem solving.
• Translate complex business challenges into practical, actionable solutions.
