DoorDash is seeking a Director of Technical Program Management to lead a high-performing team of TPMs embedded across DoorDash’s most critical and technically complex businesses. The role spans real-time delivery networks, a multi-billion dollar ads platform, merchant ecosystem tech, and logistics access via Drive and Parcels.

You will partner with a VP and four Senior Directors to set direction, strengthen execution, develop TPM talent, and solve cross-organizational challenges across teams,

Qualifications

• 12+ years of TPM experience, including 7+ years leading TPM teams.
• Ability to develop talent and culture within the team, with high technical depth and ownership.
• Ability to identify and align team to high-impact opportunities with disciplined investment and sequencing.
• Technical credibility to engage with architecture, migrations, reliability, and risk with clear decisions.
• Track record of large-scale, multi-year transformations across organizations.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop 12 TPMs supporting ~1,300 engineers across five orgs.
• Partner with senior Engineering and Product leaders to shape portfolio strategy and sequencing.
• Help scale DoorDash’s core delivery network and growth in Ads and Merchant ecosystems.
• Establish durable execution mechanisms, decision forums, and cross-functional alignment.
• Develop TPM talent and enable senior ICs to own broad, strategic scope.
• Shape the next evolution of a modern TPM org with AI-enabled working methods.
