Job summary

Trinnex seeks a Director of Digital Technology Operations & Innovation to lead strategy, execution, and quality for our software engineering organization. You will oversee architecture, cybersecurity, and platform scalability while promoting ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement across teams.

The role requires guiding AI-enabled development, intelligent automation, and modern cloud-native practices to improve delivery, product portfolio value, and competitive differentiation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 15 years related experience, with 3+ in leadership.
• Experience leading software engineering teams for product development and project delivery.
• Strong background in cloud native architectures, cybersecurity, and DevSecOps.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering strategy, delivery, and architectural decisions for software products and client projects.
• Define technology strategy to improve performance, scalability, and security across the portfolio.
• Drive engineering governance, metrics, and operational excellence.
• Foster AI-enabled development, automation, and responsible innovation practices.
