The role oversees architecture, platform scalability, cybersecurity, regulatory alignment, and the adoption of cloud-native practices.

Qualifications

• 15 years of related experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms, cybersecurity, and modern software delivery practices.
• Experience guiding AI-enabled development tools and governance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering strategy, delivery, and architectural decisions across products and projects.
• Drive engineering excellence, security, and regulatory alignment with business goals.
• Mentor managers, build high-performing teams, and foster ownership and collaboration.
• Partner with Product and other functions to align investments with priorities.
