Job summary

Mohawk Industries is seeking a Director to own the end-to-end delivery of prioritized automation, analytics, and continuous-improvement initiatives within the Supply Chain. The role builds and sustains the BI and analytics environment, designs KPIs, and leads change management for digital-first ways of working.

The Director serves as the AI liaison, prioritizing AI use cases, aligning with enterprise strategy, and promoting reuse of shared tools and data assets across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent education and/or experience.
• 6-8 years relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience.
• 1-3 years of management experience.
• Experience implementing AI or automation solutions in a business environment.
• Strong analytical skills with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of prioritized automation, analytics, and continuous-improvement initiatives.
• Lead project planning with IT for governance across the Supply Chain ecosystem.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reporting frameworks, and insight engines.
• Partner with IT to design and execute a continuous-improvement roadmap.
• Lead transformation and change management, advising Supply Chain leadership on innovation.
• Review and manage AI use cases submitted through the intake process.
