Brown & Brown is seeking a Director, AI & Security Development to lead a strategic cybersecurity pillar focused on Agentic AI development, security tooling, and automation engineering. The role reports to the CISO and collaborates with Security Operations, Architecture, and GRC.

The candidate will define strategy, scale a dedicated function, and drive AI-powered security capabilities across the organization, balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution.

Competenze

• 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, software engineering, or related technical disciplines.
• 5+ years in leadership roles.

Mansioni

• Define strategy, operating model, and service offerings for AI & Security Development.
• Lead development of AI-powered security agents for detection, triage, investigation, and response.
• Build and scale automation across enterprise security technologies.
• Enable security data integration, analytics, and reporting for decision-making.
• Establish secure AI development practices and DevSecOps governance.
• Partner with Security Operations, Architecture, and GRC; build and lead a high-performing team.
