Job summary

SnapLogic, the Agentic Integration Company, invites an experienced Director of Software Engineering to drive enterprise SaaS/PaaS cloud applications. You will balance roadmap, tech debt, and product innovation, while mentoring leaders and promoting quality, security, and AI‑driven development.

You will lead multi‑tenant architectures, guide agile SCRUM practices, and partner with customers and executives to continuously enhance the product experience.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience developing enterprise SaaS products.
• 7+ years Java experience.
• 5+ years experience leading and managing on‑shore and offshore engineering teams.
• Passion for consumable APIs and highly available distributed systems.
• Strong focus on AI within the SDLC and engineering productivity.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering leadership and build high‑performing teams.
• Own architecture and delivery of multi‑tenant cloud SaaS/PaaS apps.
• Drive agile processes, release planning, and backlog refinement.
• Lead AI‑driven initiatives to improve developer productivity.
• Improve SRE practices and production support readiness.
• Collaborate with customers, field teams, and leadership to shape the product.
