Job summary

OneStream is seeking a Director of Quality Engineering to lead an automation-first, AI-enabled QE program across our CPM platform. You will partner with Engineering, Product, Cloud, Security and Customer Success to raise release confidence, reduce defects, and embed quality ownership across the SDLC.

The role requires hands-on leadership, technical depth and the ability to translate quality strategy into practical execution at scale for enterprise customers.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in software quality engineering or related tech like enterprise SaaS/cloud
• 7+ years leading QE teams or senior tech talent
• Proven track record improving QE strategy, automation frameworks, CI/CD quality, and release governance
• Experience implementing AI-assisted testing workflows
• Hands-on depth: architecture decisions, automation frameworks, quality data analysis
• Familiarity with CPM/EPM workflows and complex enterprise data

Responsibilities

• Lead QE strategy, practices, governance and metrics for large-scale SaaS/CPM delivery
• Embed quality ownership early in the SDLC and promote engineering excellence
• Drive AI-enabled testing, automation, performance testing and dashboards
• Define quality gates and release standards tied to business impact
• Lead and coach QE teams, partnering with Engineering, Product, Cloud, Security, DevOps and Customer Success
