Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking an AI Use Case Product Manager to own the AI use-case roadmap and translate customer jobs-to-be-done into measurable outcomes. You will lead cross-functional teams across Digital, Analytics, Clinical, Data, and Operations to deliver AI-enabled experiences.

You will define success metrics, drive adoption, ensure safety and compliance, and balance enterprise priorities with customer value in a regulated healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required; Master’s preferred.
• 8–12 years of product management experience in tech or healthcare is typical.
• Experience translating customer needs into measurable outcomes for AI products.

Responsibilities

• Own the AI use-case roadmap and define success metrics.
• Lead discovery and frame jobs-to-be-done with clear outcomes.
• Define AI capabilities, user flows, and acceptance criteria for engineers.
• Coordinate across Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Operations.
• Measure adoption, outcomes, and quality; iterate with feedback.
• Ensure reuse of enterprise AI capabilities and governance alignment.
