Job summary

ehouse Studio, LLC is seeking a Director of CRO to lead our conversion optimization practice as a data‑driven strategist and behavioral scientist for Shopify experiences.

You will own the analytics backbone, design and analyze A/B and multivariate tests, build ROI forecasts, and partner with UX, Design, and Development to maximize revenue across DTC and omnichannel brands. This role demands leadership, clarity, and strong client communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, UX, or related field.
• Proven CRO leadership guiding cross-functional teams.
• Advanced eCommerce analytics to translate data into actions.
• Experience with A/B testing tools such as Optimizely, VWO, Intelligems.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic CRO engagements grounded in client analytics.
• Develop data-driven strategies across site experience and product roadmaps.
• Design, run, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests.
• Own monthly analytics reporting and executive dashboards.
