Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Director, BI Reporting, Sensing & Executive Analytics in the United States to serve as the U.S.-based technical leader for a portfolio focused on transforming how leaders access, understand, and act on information.

This role will drive AI-enabled analytics, natural-language analytics, and proactive insights, translating senior leadership priorities into scalable capability roadmaps and robust analytics solutions with global delivery teams.

Qualifications

Doctorate, Master’s, or Bachelor's with related experience and 4+ years of people/leadership experience.
Proven leadership of analytics, data platforms, or BI engineering teams.
Experience translating business priorities into technical roadmaps and investment choices.

Responsibilities

Lead the technical vision and roadmap for BI reporting, sensing, executive analytics, and AI-enabled decision support platforms.
Guide analytics and engineering teams as the US-based leader, aligning data, analytics, and AI solutions.
Advance AI-enabled analytics capabilities including natural-language analytics and proactive insights.
Translate senior leadership priorities into investment choices, capability plans, and execution roadmaps.
Collaborate with global delivery teams and business partners to ensure scalable, high-quality outcomes.
