Forbes Advisor is seeking a Director, AI Creative to design and implement how the Creative team uses AI to improve the quality and the quantity of our work across our social verticals. As this is a new department within the Creative team, you will define its function, build the systems that run it, and hire and oversee the required team.

The ideal candidate has deep expertise spanning generative AI and tooling, direct response creative, and leadership of creative teams.

Competenze

• 7+ years in creative, production, or content leadership, with hands-on in generative AI video and image production.
• Deep grounding in direct-response creative and ability to judge DR ad performance.
• Proven generative craft with AI-produced paid creative and documented performance.

Mansioni

• Design strategy, team structure, and systems to embed AI in the creative process for high-volume paid social content.
• Own generative output end-to-end for paid social and native, ensuring consistency and quality across assets.
• Architect scalable generation systems: pipelines, prompt libraries, character references, and internal tooling.
• Measure asset costs, turnaround time, first-pass acceptance, and market performance of generated content.
• Help raise AI fluency across the creative team and design AI-enabled tools and processes.
