Finout, a hybrid cloud cost intelligence company, is seeking an AI Design Lead to transform how the marketing design team operates with AI. You will spearhead the Gen-AI strategy, set creative standards, and coordinate weekly priorities with the Head of Design.

This senior IC role emphasizes hands-on design excellence, scalable systems, and close collaboration with marketing to drive pipeline through bold campaigns and product launches.

Competenze

• 5+ years of design experience across brand, marketing, and digital.
• Deep hands-on experience with AI design workflows and automation.
• Portfolio showing AI-driven process changes and outcomes.
• Experience leading design work as a senior contributor rather than a manager.

Mansioni

• Identify friction in design workflows and rebuild with AI to shorten production time.
• Own the Gen-AI strategy and scale automated workflows in Figma Weave and similar tools.
• Set creative direction and review work with Head of Design.
• Own the marketing design board: weekly prioritization and bottleneck clearing.
• Build scalable systems: templates, brand pipelines, reusable components, self-serve libraries.
• Partner with Marketing to align scope and timelines across major launches.
