Job summary

Superside is seeking a visionary AI Creative Director to lead a globally distributed team of creatives, delivering innovative work across branding, landing pages, ad and social creative, and more. You’ll integrate Generative AI into design processes and elevate creative capabilities.

You’ll lead the creative vision for major accounts, mentor talent, and push creative standards forward while staying ahead of AI trends to maintain Superside’s edge. This is a remote-first role with global impact.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in creative leadership, preferably in global agencies or fast-paced in-house teams.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative excellence across branding, presentations, and ad creative, with evidence of AI-enhanced work.
• Excellent English communication skills and ability to present creative concepts.

Responsibilities

• Own the creative vision for key accounts and shape brand expression.
• Guide conceptual direction across campaigns, content, and formats.
• Lead customer calls and creative presentations with clear rationale and feedback.
• Champion creative quality through direction, feedback, and refinement.
• Provide actionable direction to creative teams across disciplines.
• Collaborate with Creative Project Managers to align vision, scope, and resources.
• Mentor and inspire talent across projects.
• Use Generative AI tools to support ideation and design when relevant.
• Help teams adopt AI to enhance creativity and efficiency.
• Stay ahead of AI and creative tech trends to maintain a competitive edge.
