Job summary

ICUC, a dentsu-backed team, seeks a Director of Product Automation to own automation and AI strategy across our services, including community management, insights, and social listening. You’ll build the function from the ground up and partner with leadership to align internal capability with market storytelling.

You’ll shape a scalable automation blueprint, partner across Operations, Marketing, and Growth, and mentor teams to raise automation literacy while maintaining client value and quality.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building or scaling a product, automation, or AI/technology strategy function in a services, agency, or martech setting.
• Track record of taking automation or AI capability from concept to measurable impact.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with marketing, delivery and exec stakeholders.
• Familiarity with social media, community management, or social listening platforms is a plus.
• Experience navigating reporting/data limitations of enterprise martech platforms and building workarounds.
• Genuine product-innovation mindset, linking tools to client outcomes.
• Ability to act as a founding leader building a new function from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Own ICUC’s automation and AI strategy as it applies to products and service delivery.
• Evaluate, pilot, and select tools to make services faster, more precise, and scalable.
• Define a standardized automation blueprint for ICUC’s offerings.
• Build reporting infrastructure to measure automation impact like efficiency, quality, and margin.
• Treat automation as a product to design, test, and iterate.
