ICUC in Ontario (Remote) is hiring a founding Director of Product Automation to own our automation and AI strategy across client services. You’ll set the vision, build the function from the ground up, and align with Operations, Marketing and Growth to translate capabilities into compelling market positioning.

Qualificações

• Proven experience building or scaling a product, automation, or AI/technology strategy function.
• Track record of taking automation or AI capability from concept to measurable operational impact.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills; comfortable partnering with marketing, delivery, and executive stakeholders.
• Familiarity with social media, community management, or social listening platforms is a strong asset.
• Experience navigating reporting and data limitations of enterprise martech platforms and building workarounds or systems to close gaps.
• Genuine product-innovation mindset: curious about tools and technology but focused on client experience."
• Comfortable operating as a founding leader in a new function, building structure without waiting for others.

Responsabilidades

• Own ICUC’s automation and AI strategy as it applies to our products and service delivery.
• Evaluate, pilot, and select tools and technologies to make services faster, more precise, and scalable while preserving quality.
• Define a standardized, scalable automation blueprint for ICUC’s service offerings.
• Build the reporting infrastructure needed to measure automation impact across the platform ecosystem.
• Bring a product mindset to this work: automation is a product to be designed, tested, and iterated.
